This is intended to be a no-match weekend where we can all just gather in the same place and have a fun time with our brothers. PLEASE make sure to RSVP on this event page whether you're going or not...and if something changes, please change your RSVP as well. Since we're not doing "registration" for the weekend, this page is our only way to get an estimate of how many will be there.
LOCATION: Atlanta Marriott Suites Midtown. There are 15 King Suites available and 5 Double Suites available. The King Suites have a king bed and a sofa-bed. The Double Suites have two double beds and a sofabed. King Suites are $126/night and Double Suites are $176/night. Also, parking will be discounted to $15/day if you will have a vehicle, just tell them at the front desk you're with the Rugger Convergence and they should work it out for you.
Our rates are good from Friday through a check-out date of Monday, so be sure to adjust that as needed when searching availability online. If you don't use this link or it doesn't work, just find the Marriott property online and use the Group Code: "rugruga"
Right now it looks like the Double Suites will have to be booked over the phone but the King Suites can be obtained online.
