Unsanitary-RUDE STAFF-dangerous neighborhood

Literally, cockroaches roaming the place, WEAR SHOES! Don't ever step on the lawn outside barefoot, sometimes used as an out house, lice, rude staff who forget they where they work, a sleazy bath house, and who pays the bills, the customers. Place needs either a health dept inspection or a caring new owner, i love bath houses, and I admit my sleaze, but this place is in neglect. Save your money.

NOT WHAT IT CLAIMS TO BE!!!!!!!

The rooms are too small for one person, let alone two. the pool area smells, all the soaps in the shower were broke, they don't have any good cruise areas. the sauna and steam room are too hot to fool around and the rooms are too small. we drive from far and don't like a time limit.

THE PLACE LOOKS DARK , BAD PAINT RED BLACK YELLOW,. MAY BE PART HOMLESS SHELTER. RAISE YOUR MEMBERSHIP , GAY MEN WILL PAY FOR QUALITY. YOU SEEM TO CATER TO BLACK MEN MORE. THE PORN WAS ALL BLACK. THE STAFF PER MANAGMENT CAN CHANGE PORN, SPEND MONEY CLEAN IT UP. MY NEXT REVIEW WILL BE IN A PUBLIC PAPER

In rough condition

Just came from Flex tonight. The crowd is always hit & miss and tonight happened to be a hit. But this club is in rough shape. First the dimmer in my room didn't work; it was full on or off. Second, The are holes in the walls, paint peeling and just general bad upkeep everywhere you look. There is a plank missing on the seat in the sauna - a real hazard. There was a big roach crawling around near the massage room. There was no remote control for the TV in my room; had to get the guy at the front desk to find one (which he did). There is a very limited selection on the TV (once we got it going). If the place is to stay open, they need to just do some basic maintenance and upkeep.
