Atlanta's PFLAG chapter

PFLAG meets in Atlanta on the first Monday of every month to provide support for lesbians, gays, bisexual and transgender people and their parents and family. They provide support for LGBTQ people who are seeking support with coming out and parents who are dealing with being come out to. Come support and be supported! You do not have to say anything during the meeting. You can just sit and listen as others share.

Warm, friendly and family-oriented

PFLAG Atlanta was originally formed to support the parents of lesbians and gays, bisexual and transgender kids when their children came out. Often this resulted in the children getting kicked out of the house, so this organization offered support to both parents and children and tried to keep the families together in loving relationships. This group holds monthly support group meetings all over the Atlanta metro area and the information on upcoming meetings can be found at their website http://www.pflagatl.org
