  The place to be and be seen especially if you are a Pupper or Furry. Gear and Murr Suit allowed... Just go and try it out, afterall we do it for the Knot.

  Not Impressed
  Certainly not for an early crowd. Went to get a drink and was rudely told that the bartend was not open. It was 10pm and they opened at 7. We were not told to go to a different bartener, just rudely told that he was not open. Not impressed with the Atlanta leather community in this bar.

  Come to the Darkside
  Really I do miss the days when a Leather Bar had lots of leather men, but I understand the need to keep butts in the seats. Eagle these days is more a Leather, Bear, neighborhood bar than a leather bar, but that doesn't detract from it being a place for fun. I have gone on every night of the week now, and the only night I wont repeat is Karaoke (hate that stuff). I always get good service, and have a great time. If you aren't having fun at the Eagle then the problem lies with you and not the club.

  Good conversation and a mix of guys.
  Went on Saturday with a buddy of mine. Very dark and crowded... some very hot guys, some not so much... I thought that the place would be a bit more cruisy, but had a lot of fun and met some great guys.

  clickish bar with no leather
  The bar reminded me of one New Mexico. Almost all locals and very clickish, not friendly at all to new comers. I wouldn't recommend it. Also, where's the leather? I only saw one guy in leather. TV's were playing some cooking show and the music was only so-so. Get used to smoke because it's a smoking bar.

  All I can say is WOW. Sat. Nights are hot. The bar is full of amazing men, from young to older. There is something for everyone and very friendly bartenders.

  Don't go on a Tuesday. Dead. Locals told us that Sat is the night to have the best time. However the bar tender was very cute, friendly and made good drinks

  The Eagle has always been a great place !
  I have been going to the Eagle on and off for years and years. Although the Dress code is no longer strictly leather ( I miss that ) it had always had that industrial city club feel with a somehow welcome feel of a small town pub. The Drinks are always great the bar tenders friendly. Good music and great dance floor plenty of room to move about and socialize. The back deck is great to get so air and the leather shop is a nice touch. If you have never been you are missing out.

  Okay, so i here bitchy reviews about this place. I went Saturday 9/17/11 and it was great! right down my ally, counter culture. Im starting to think that alot of the bad reviews on this site are from the stereotypical rich bitch types. The drinks were strong the prices were fair and the bartenders were cute.

  A Man's Bar
  I've been a regular at the eagle for about a year now. Don't go here if you expect pretty leather "bois" and hundreds of people living it up every night. Atlanta eagle has more of a feel of a neighborhood bar on most nights. Saturday night after 10:30 is the busiest. Hardcore leather every night? no. But if you like masculine guys, regular Joes, bluecollar types, or big men, this is the place to go in Atlanta. I've always found the bartenders to be friendly and helpful. Even the hardcore leather/piercings guy in the leather shop is a sweetheart once you chat him up. The atmosphere is a bit seedy but that's one thing Ilke aboutthe place. One should be careful if you are parking in the neighborhood behind the bar, there have been muggings in that area. Parking anywhere within a block off of Ponce I consider safe. Eagle parking lot is small but come early and you can usually get a spot. Most week nights, the entrance is off the back parking area and not the front door on Ponce.

  This bar is managed by an immature hypo-critical (Rob) controlling bitch! He refers to his customers as "IT" and expects to be treated like a queen. I'll not patronize this place again after experiencing this first hand.
