This has been a staple for years because it is consistently great. We love their food and the service is fantastic and friendly. In the spring and summer sit outside for a great view of everyone.

If you're looking for a laid-back place to enjoy the food and scenery, Cowtippers is the place. Go for lunch on a weekend...often see great views on the streets :D

Great Food, good location (with parking) and superior service that is easy on the eyes to boot. What's not to like? :-) I had dinner here while on business trip to Atlanta. I had the house salad (served with fresh baked bread), filet (done to perfection) with homemade coleslaw topped off by Lemon zinger for desert (way too generous a portion). Everyone at the restaurant made me feel at home and welcome. I strongly recommend Cowtippers as a must visit steakhouse in Atlanta!

Great food, great service, great prices, a perfect meal! Outside patio dining on a warm evening with a staff that attended to our every need. Who can ask for more? I can’t wait to go back!

Visited on a Saturday night for dinner. Loved the outdoor patio dining. Great atmosphere, great food, very reasonable prices, professional and attentive staff - it was one of the highlights of the visit to Atlanta. Should be a must for Atlanta visitors and residents alike.

Time getting there took over 3 hours just from the Atlanta airport, and I guess after reading the reviews had expectations that weren't met. Location was away from the gay scene, burger was undercooked and order incorrect, pitcher of Margarita had no alcohol and expensive, Ten Gallon Taco salad was no bigger than from Taco Bell for alot more money, and we were surrounded by smokers in the outside patio. Finally asked to move due to other patrons smoking cigars. Want atmosphere, location, good food, drinks, friendly staff? Go to Joe's on Juniper. Wish we had known.

Sitting out on the patio, street side, after the drag races at Burkhart's on Easter Sunday, was the perfect way to end the day.
I had the chicken kabob which was great.
And our waiter, Ricky, was attentive, and cute to boot!

Great ka-bobs. Great in the spring and fall when you can enjoy Atlanta's beautiful weather on their huge deck. Service can be spotty at times, but it is easily overlooked. I go several times a month.

Great outdoor streetside dining patio; predominantly gay/lesbian clientele and waitstaff. Very good burgers; love the ten gallon taco salad over chips! I eat there once a week.
