The staff is terrific. The rooms are so nice and comfortable beds too! The bathroom is small but who cares. It feels very European, a boutique hotel. And the prices are decent. The rooms are well appointed but VERY, VERY small. Management not visible nor do they respond to guest inquiries. They don't speak to you, but speak "thru" the desk clerk. The rooms are small, however they are very tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed.
