Forever Strong

There is much to be learned and emulated as a result of the amazing banding together of the Orlando, FL community after the tragic shooting at Pulse in June 2016. Join us as we unite in solidarity with Orlando leaders in this dynamic conversation highlighting the strength of community when united in love, acceptance, and equality. Orlando residents directly impacted by the Pulse nightclub shooting will share their unique experiences and their community’s collective healing journey. Panelist include: Felipe Sousa Matos-Rodrigues, City of Orlando Mayor's office; Sgt. Grace Peek, LGBT Liaison, Orlando Police Department; Terry Decarlo, Executive Director, Orland LGBT Center; Rasha Mubarak from Orlando's Council on American-Islamic Relations; Roxy Santiago, Latin and LGBT Community Leader; JD Castro, Orlando Gay Chorus; Angel Santiago, Pulse Survivor.
