One of LensCulture's top 50 emerging artists in the world is giving an artist talk at the "heartbeat" of Atlanta. Joshua Rashaad McFadden is a multi-award-winning, international, artist whose work focuses on the multifaceted Black identity in American culture. The collections he's produced, Colorism, After Selma, and Come to Selfhood, have addressed various issues that affect some aspect of African-American culture, and has gained recognition with New York Times Lens Photography, International Photographers Award, Slate Magazine, and AfroPunk.
