Out on Film and Atlanta Pride screening of Upstairs Inferno

On June 24, 1973, a gay bar in New Orleans called the Up Stairs Lounge was deliberately set on fire, resulting in the largest gay mass murder in U.S. history. This wonderful documentary, directed by Robert Camina and narrated by Christopher Rice, examines the circumstances leading up to it and talks to some of the survivors. Space is limited at this event, please arrive early.
