To bring attention to the 900 LGBT youth in Atlanta that are homeless, Rick Westbrook will join them surviving on the street with no cash or credit cards, depending on the charity of others for food and necessities to survive on the streets for 48hrs.
We'll park a moving truck across from Burkhart's Pub to collect donations for homeless LGBT youth. This will be Rick's base of operations from 8pm Friday November 7th to 8pm Sunday November 9th.

===> He'll need your support to survive. <===
Lost-n-Found Youth needs your support to provide services to our LGBT youth.
Fri 11/7 9pm Rick begins vigil
Sat 11/8 6pm Community meeting & Candlelight service
Sun 11/9 9pm Closing party: Armorette (bath day for Rick)
Why 48hrs?
Of the youth who engage in survival sex: 82 percent trade sex for money; 48 percent trade sex for food or a place to stay; 22 percent trade sex for drugs. One of every three teens on the street will be lured into prostitution within 48 hours of leaving home. Homeless youth are 7 times as likely to die from AIDS and 16 times as likely to be diagnosed with HIV as the general youth population.
Outcomes for a queer homeless youth increase exponentially if we are not able to offer services before the youth has to start practicing risky behavior just to survive on the streets.
