This is your chance to talk to your lawmakers about the Fair Employment Practices Act, which would protect lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender state employees from discriminatory hiring and firing practices, and other LGBT related issues that are important to you.
A face to face meeting is the most effective way to communicate with your legislators. Plus, it can be a lot of fun! Whether you are an experienced advocate or brand new to the legislative process, we will help make your visit easy and effective. Training will be provided and if you haven't done this before we will team you up with someone who has. Come down to the Capitol and meet your legislators!

If you have never talked to your legislator, please arrive by 9:00 am for a quick legislative training. If you have lobbied before and want to skip the training, please arrive by 9:45 am for an issues update before we meet with lawmakers.
