Oscar's Atlanta

If you love to sing along with your favorite divas, you're in for an entertaining night at the Oscar's video bar. There are screens everywhere - there's even a big video wall at the end of the bar. One of the more popular theme nights is Show Tunes night when you can sing along with Liza, Barbra, and their showbiz sisters. Other nights the DJ plays all of our favorites - from Donna Summer to J-Lo. The in-the-round bar makes it easy to flirt with the cute guy across from you while you wait for him to send a drink your way.

Insider Tip: Although you may find a bit of "Atlantatude" at The Oscar's, it usually disappears once the boys start singing along to Dolly Parton's "Hard Candy Christmas."

In the past this used to be a fun place to go, but a couple of the bartenders have gotten a tendency to be curt and rude and it's driven away a lot of regular patrons. A couple of the bartenders are wonderful, especially Kevin and Anthony, but a couple of the others should not be allowed to serve the public because of their poor attitudes. Ventilation system is poor, so if you are a non-smoker you may not like it. Better choices are Amsterdam and Blakes.

Same-old, same-old every week. Brian, the bartender, is nice and friendly. Others are so-so. It's time for a change. If I go it is usually for 10 minutes on my way somewhere else.

the music, videos were great. Didnt see any attitude. The people were friendly and met some cute young boys also.
