***** Atlanta Eagle, Atlanta's best-...
Guest Reviewer - March 16, 2009
Atlanta Eagle, Atlanta's best-known leather bar, is famous for its cavernous dark rooms and shadowy corners. The DJ always spins great music for patrons on the small but lively dance floor. The crowd at the Eagle tends to be hard-core, so pretty boys and dolled-up drag queens don't really play here.

Insider Tip: For late-night cravings, the 24-hour Krispy Kreme donut and coffee shop is right across the street.

***** Twink Nation inside, Somalia or Bosnia outside

When you park your car (a mile away) you're greeted by transients and psychos. Then you go inside and you get... transients and psychos. Except these are wearing Dolce and Gabbana and drink mixed drinks. The only leather you'll see is either in the store in the basement, or the leather holsters the cops wear when they show up on the corner every 5 minutes to arrest a crack dealer. Didn't this place used to be a bear/leather bar? Still taking bets on how much longer this place can stay open before it collapses from disrepair.

***** What am I Missing?
Posted: September 19, 2008
Didn't meet my expectations. Too bright, not many hot guys, a little um dull. Perhaps it was just a bad night. I dunno, but it missed the mark last week! At 11:30 they had a small crowd that didn't seem to know what to do. Dancers...at a leather bar? Interesting.

***** Hot men and friendly Bartenders!
Posted: May 05, 2008
This place was SO MUCH FUN!! The first person we met was Alan the bartender. Since he didn't recongnize us as regulars, he immediately welcomed us and made us feel welcome! This is a place that is a must visit. If not for the atmosphere, but for the friendly staff, like Alan! Thank you Atlanta Eagle for a great time!

Hot Hot Hot Men! I sat next to the drink station and got to feel so many HOT hard-on's and tight ass that I came in my pants. What a hot place to find hot men and have the hottest time of your life. Woof to the Atlanta Eagle!

***** My neighborhood bar
Posted: February 14, 2008
great music, good pool players, kinda sleazy, a decent number of hot guys, low attitude (or Atlanta-tude)... Not too hardcore leather, so come on out if you're masculine, laid-back, fun-loving guy. Saturdays are best night. Thursdays are sleaziest night (back bar becomes dark room).

***** Woof !
Posted: December 30, 2007
I visited Atlanta Eagle in the summer of 2002 . I was staying at a nearby B&B and walked to the Eagle . When I walked in , it was very crowded and full of Bears , Cubs and shirtless guys in jeans . There was some that were in assless chaps , LOVED it ! I found Eagles to be a great place to meet Bears and Cubs . Everyone there were very nice and friendly. A lot of Atlanta tends to be very nice and friendly , at least they were when I visited. I plan to go back and would recommend it to anyone who finds Bears , Cubs and shirtless guys a turn on ! Woof !

***** Nice bartenders.

Friendly and attentive bartenders, good music. Mixed crowd. Mostly bears, leather/levi, and a few younger guys mixed in. Pretty easy to talk with new friends.

***** A great place for every one.

I love the Atlanta eagle. It's the best place. I'm only 21 and I thought it was just a place for old men and ugly bears. Boi was I wrong when I went there on my 21st birthday. I was curious if the rumor was true. Well I was very wrong I would suggest the eagle over any club in the ATL.

***** Hidden Gem!
First to Review - November 08, 2005 - Visited: November 2005
The Atlanta Eagle is one of the few hidden gems left in Midtown. It has been open for more then 18 years! It seems to be too funny how people think of this place. During the week, it seems to be more of a pub with free pool and good rock music. Best part is everyone is welcome. Everything changes on the weekend - the DJ comes in and the dances floor is open! Every type of man you can think of is there. No better place to dance, everyone is there! Also, has the hottest calendar for 2006 - http://www.themenof.com
